Waterlust

I love my new full body swim suit. I’ve been swimming laps in long sleeves for years to avoid skin damage. This suit is light enough that I’ll be able to have full body movement (unlike my scuba suit, and it is oh so beautiful! I purchased the swim top to go under it, and a pair of briefs elsewhere so I can put on my full suit once I get to the water, and peel it off after my swim when I’m heading back to my hotel. I can’t wait to get to Hawaii and put it on! I really appreciated seeing real body women wearing the suits to help me choose the correct size. The Medium is perfect for my body. Thanks!

I love my new sun shirt. I bought sea glass blue so I could wear it with different patterned bottoms. I had noticed my hands were darker than my arms after a summer of paddleboarding with my other sun shirts. I'm very fair, and my dermatologist recommended one which covers the backs of the hands. This one fits the bill, and has a hood besides! So great not to have to slater myself with sticky sunscreen and worry about missing a spot I can't quite reach. I also love the fact that it is made from recycled plastic bottles!

These mantis moxie leggings are so beautiful! I paired them with the sea glass sun shirt and not only did I not a get a single sun burn after an afternoon of snorkeling in the Caribbean, but people in my group said I looked like a mermaid! <3

I’m so glad I found this company! I’m extremely sun conscious so I wear rash guards and leggings when I’m doing outdoor water-based activities with friends and family. However, when I look back at the pictures I can’t help but feel like it looks like I’m not having as much fun as everyone else in their traditional swim suits. Now with these leggings I look like I’ve *chosen* them not because I’m “afraid” of the sun but because they look awesome!

Also, as someone who’s obsessed with scrunchies I was so excited to be able to buy a scrunchie to match my leggings, and I was even more excited to find an extra bonus scrunchie when I opened my package. Those little touches go a long way.

I have been looking for a suit with good support and now I want one in every design! It's not so thick it's uncomfortable but thick enough that it gives me some support, protection and support. Also bonus I'm pretty tall and it's not too short for my torso or arms! Absolutely obsessed!

So impressive! I stayed cool and comfortable on a long hot morning of paddleboarding in full sun and 90 degree heat.

Putting on my leggings is like sliding into a soft cloud of silk except no silk worms were needed. Can’t believe these leggings are made from recycled plastic. They are sewn very well and move with my body beautifully. I highly recommend them and I enjoy supporting the Waterlust team, one and all.

This is possibly the comfiest bit of dive clothing I have bought. Out of the water, I found it kept me at an ideal temperature, even in the sun. In the water, I found it light, unrestrictive and warm (water’s about 24/25 c where I am)… I was a little skeptical about having the zip at the front but that was a stroke of genius on the part of Waterlust - sooo much easier to get in and out of and doesn’t cause any discomfort. The real winner for me though is the fact I only have to put a bit of sunscreen on my face now. My only criticism is that this should be marketed as a unisex item… I am male and I can say honestly, it fits very well and looks perfectly respectable. Well done Waterlust 🙌

Love the color and the fit! I am a scuba diving instructor and this really helps me to get my wetsuit on and off constantly. I am also really needing the sun protection it provides. Love this

This my 5th pair of Waterlust leggings. I bought these specifically for an upcoming trip as I know these will perfect for the long flights. And I will wear them for hiking as well. I love that they are partially made from recycled plastic bottles. Thank you.

I am a scuba diving instructor and have to wear wetsuits all the time and I am out in the sun everyday. I bought this to help get my wetsuit on but to also get the sun protection my skin desperately needs. Absolutely love it! I will be purchasing another one. The material is nice and thick, works great when wet, and dries well!

My husband doesn't like to try many new things (clothing, food, TV shows). After he got jealous of my leggings (not sunburned from kayaking all day, not too warm like a wetsuit, and has a environmentally friendly reputation), he gave in and asked me to purchase some for him. He sized up as he is a little self-conscious about his figure and they fit great. They could be a little longer, but other than that they fit well, have good stretch and he likes the drawstring and pockets. Waterlust has good products, and are environmentally conscious. I have no regrets from any of my purchases with them. FYI husband's measurements are: 6'2", ~190lbs, 36" waist, ordered: XL - is a little loose, but not too baggy and very comfortable for him.

Got this sun shirt for my husband for our trip to St John and all the snorkeling we planned to do. He wore it in the water and on land when we were just walking around. It fit great, kept him cool, and didn’t need nearly as much (expensive reef safe) sunscreen. Size L and he’s 185 and 5’11”

I love the comfort, security, and style of this top. It’s perfect for diving, secure but not too tight (true to size) and not too thin, super comfortable, and pretty. The reversible is a great bonus.

I love the shorts and leggings. They take me from diving in Kenya to the caribbean and other water sports. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Let's start with the product! I have been on the hunt for a high quality sun shirt that will stand up to my many outdoor activities. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and our summers are absolutely tropical. This shirt is cool, comfortable, and effective. Highly impressed with the quality and the practical sizing guide helped me make the perfect selection. I'm excited to use this as a layering piece for fall hiking and camping, too.

I absolutely love the marine science education component of my purchase! From literature included in my order to weekly e-mails (but not too many), I feel like I am learning about the animal this piece represents. Ever the academician, I love the way they involved researchers in their promotion and purpose.
