My measurements fell in between medium and large and since I refuse to believe that the Covid-15 pounds are here to stay, I went with the medium. The suit fit surprisingly well butt it is very bootylicious. I probably could have gone with the large for a less popping behind but I'm of the mind that if you've got it, flaunt it! The material felt luxurious and the thumb holes are a wonderful touch. Will be wearing this while snorkeling with sharks in the open ocean for the first time, so I'll be testing its stain resistance as well 💩
I am 5’7 and 127 lbs. the size S fits perfectly except for the neck which is uncomfortably snug. I ordered the M to see if it is better. Other than that I love it.
I am 5’7 and 130 lbs. I ordered a size S. It fits perfectly everywhere but it is really tight around the neck. I am not sure whether that will resolve in the water but since I also would like to wear it as a sun protector, I am ordering a M. I am hoping it will not be too big. Other than that the fabric and print are great and shipping was prompt.
I got this to wear surfing in Hawaii and it's perfect! Protects me from the sun and so secure in the water. I got a small and it fits great. Love the print too, super happy with my purchase.
The sun suit feels great and looks beautiful. The fact that it’s mostly made of recycled material makes me feel even better about wearing it
So many pros, I love it. The fabric is silky and comfy, the neckline is soft and roomy. Just the bum is a little narrow for what I’ve got going on;) Tends to creep in there if you know what I mean. If you start making a fuller coverage design for wider bums Let me know and I will buy a second suit immediately. Until then...I’ll work on my tan lines;)
Thanks!

Abalone is the common name for a variety of marine snails that are found throughout the world’s oceans. Sought after for their meat and their beautiful shells, populations have declined rapidly and some species are now critically endangered. Our relationship with abalone illustrates the challenges of overexploitation of the marine environment. Until the 1980’s, it was widely thought that abalone populations were resilient and could effectively rebound from harvesting activities. Unfortunately, that has not proven to be true.
Abalone are “broadcast spawners,” meaning that two individuals must be within three feet of one another to sexually reproduce. This type of reproduction makes population recovery very challenging, driving the need for humans to intervene. Marine biologist Nancy Caruso is doing just that, and founded Get Inspired, a non-profit organization that specializes in marine conservation & education.
Besides physically growing juvenile abalone along California’s coast and populating them back into the coastal kelp forest marine habitat, Nancy recognizes that protecting the ocean in the future requires educating children today. That is why she has launched a 10 year initiative to grow 100,000 abalone in classrooms across the golden state and restore them along the southern California coast, inspiring and utilizing the help of the next generation of scientists along the way. 10% of profits from your purchase will be donated to this restoration effort.
