Rally nice

Nice fabric, nice looks. It's sown together at one point to make it fit better at the back of your neck and that works really nice. altogether 100% recommendation

Perfect accessory that negates paying for shipping.

Finishes off the look. Tight enough to stay on but not be annoying. Anxious to see if fit remains tight in the water.

Beautiful patterns, better for clothing than headbands

I love that waterlust is trying to reuse scraps, but was a little disappointed with these. Didn't realize the pattern was only on one side, so if it twists you see white. They are also a bit slippery for headbands. I will prob fold them in half, stitch them, and use them like scrunchies. I can tell the other clothing is beautiful though, and will prob get a rash guard at some point (or some board shorts if they made women's styles!)

Cute headband

I use 2-4 bobby pins for my headband ( super thick hair). However I love the material and design. I got the sun kissed sea.

LOVE!!!!

I love the new design of these headbands. They don't slip off your head and are great to tame the salty frizzies after diving. I love how the material is quick drying as well. Can't wait to rock my new headbands!

Super comfy fit, and just enough color to make me interesting! Haha

Recycled Headband Made From Pre-Consumer Waste

Environmental Impact

Every time we make clothing from a roll of fabric, there are some “scraps” that get left behind. This lonely material, known as “pre-consumer” waste, contributes significantly to the environmental footprint of clothing. Enter headbands! Made from the leftover recycled material used for our leggings, our headbands are quick drying, moisture wicking and breathable while also enabling us to reduce our pre-consumer waste.

Updated design for less slip and added versatility. Wide width (3”) to protect your hair from your mask while diving, or to soak up that extra sweat from your most killer workouts.

Materials: 88% Repreve® RPET (recycled polyester made from post-consumer plastic bottles), 12% spandex

Made from fabric remnants

Industry-wide it’s estimated that 15-20% of fabric used to make clothing is discarded as pre-consumer waste, and although we use some nifty approaches to maximize the efficiency of our garment’s patterns, we still have some leftover. These headbands are our way of reducing the amount of pre-consumer waste we create when we cut our garments out of our recycled fabric. The process goes like this:
