Waterlust

I have been looking for a suit with good support and now I want one in every design! It's not so thick it's uncomfortable but thick enough that it gives me some support, protection and support. Also bonus I'm pretty tall and it's not too short for my torso or arms! Absolutely obsessed!

So impressive! I stayed cool and comfortable on a long hot morning of paddleboarding in full sun and 90 degree heat.

Putting on my leggings is like sliding into a soft cloud of silk except no silk worms were needed. Can’t believe these leggings are made from recycled plastic. They are sewn very well and move with my body beautifully. I highly recommend them and I enjoy supporting the Waterlust team, one and all.

This is possibly the comfiest bit of dive clothing I have bought. Out of the water, I found it kept me at an ideal temperature, even in the sun. In the water, I found it light, unrestrictive and warm (water’s about 24/25 c where I am)… I was a little skeptical about having the zip at the front but that was a stroke of genius on the part of Waterlust - sooo much easier to get in and out of and doesn’t cause any discomfort. The real winner for me though is the fact I only have to put a bit of sunscreen on my face now. My only criticism is that this should be marketed as a unisex item… I am male and I can say honestly, it fits very well and looks perfectly respectable. Well done Waterlust 🙌

Love the color and the fit! I am a scuba diving instructor and this really helps me to get my wetsuit on and off constantly. I am also really needing the sun protection it provides. Love this

This my 5th pair of Waterlust leggings. I bought these specifically for an upcoming trip as I know these will perfect for the long flights. And I will wear them for hiking as well. I love that they are partially made from recycled plastic bottles. Thank you.

I am a scuba diving instructor and have to wear wetsuits all the time and I am out in the sun everyday. I bought this to help get my wetsuit on but to also get the sun protection my skin desperately needs. Absolutely love it! I will be purchasing another one. The material is nice and thick, works great when wet, and dries well!

My husband doesn't like to try many new things (clothing, food, TV shows). After he got jealous of my leggings (not sunburned from kayaking all day, not too warm like a wetsuit, and has a environmentally friendly reputation), he gave in and asked me to purchase some for him. He sized up as he is a little self-conscious about his figure and they fit great. They could be a little longer, but other than that they fit well, have good stretch and he likes the drawstring and pockets. Waterlust has good products, and are environmentally conscious. I have no regrets from any of my purchases with them. FYI husband's measurements are: 6'2", ~190lbs, 36" waist, ordered: XL - is a little loose, but not too baggy and very comfortable for him.

Got this sun shirt for my husband for our trip to St John and all the snorkeling we planned to do. He wore it in the water and on land when we were just walking around. It fit great, kept him cool, and didn’t need nearly as much (expensive reef safe) sunscreen. Size L and he’s 185 and 5’11”

I love the comfort, security, and style of this top. It’s perfect for diving, secure but not too tight (true to size) and not too thin, super comfortable, and pretty. The reversible is a great bonus.

I love the shorts and leggings. They take me from diving in Kenya to the caribbean and other water sports. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Let's start with the product! I have been on the hunt for a high quality sun shirt that will stand up to my many outdoor activities. I live on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and our summers are absolutely tropical. This shirt is cool, comfortable, and effective. Highly impressed with the quality and the practical sizing guide helped me make the perfect selection. I'm excited to use this as a layering piece for fall hiking and camping, too.

I absolutely love the marine science education component of my purchase! From literature included in my order to weekly e-mails (but not too many), I feel like I am learning about the animal this piece represents. Ever the academician, I love the way they involved researchers in their promotion and purpose.

I wore the women's shirt and leggings all over the place during our vacation. I was comfortable and sunburn free hiking, snorkeling, reading on the beach, and even walking around town. I love the ponytail hole on the sun shirt as it really helps keep the hood up. The generous pockets on the sides of the leggings were fantastic and the leggings stayed up perfectly and weren't too much more difficult than a bathing suit to put back on wet. They dried quickly enough; even in our damp room and allowed me to wear them multiple days in a row.

Though originally I bought the parrotfish leggings for sun and jellyfish protection while in the water, it turns out they are also amazing for endurance sports! My husband and are are both amateur endurance athletes, and when on a trip to Panama I didn't bring my normal running tights for our planned trek up Volcán Barú, the highest point in Central America, to save on packing space. And holy heck. They were SO FREAKIN COMFORTABLE for the 5663' over 8.4mi climb! They kept me warm when we gained elevation and yet also somehow felt cooling when we were lower working our way up and sweat was dripping off every possible surface of my body - my legs felt chilled! They didn't give me the dreaded "penguin crotch" pretty much all tights have until you sweat in them enough. They were compression, but also somehow had a weird magical give that didn't restrict. Normally I hate having compression around my waist as my digestive system is very sensitive, but in this extremely strenuous effort, they didn't bother me at all! They didn't chafe, they didn't move, they did nothing but support and help. I can't even tell you how many times I mentioned how great the tights were to my husband during our climb, and I'm extremely picky with my athletic clothing, so this level of adoration is no small thing! And OF COURSE, they were also amazing while snorkeling and swimming, and kept my skin safe from burn. I am definitely going to be using them for all sorts of activities and recommending them to all my running and adventure buddies.

I'm a para-swimmer and this is probably the most comfortable swim top I've ever owned (and I've gone through a lot). It's supportive, sleek, and allows for full range of movement, which is essential for me as my upper body does all the work swimming. Plus, the whale shark print is so cute! I feel like a beautiful aquatic creature wearing this. It also works as a lovely sports bra when not in the water.
